Michael was awesome! He took charge of the process and explained everything when we were buying our first home. He grew up here and knows the area very well, plus contractors, lenders, inspectors. If he didn't know a specific answer he found out and got back to us right away. The best part of our experience was that we knew he wasn't going to bs us and we could trust him with the home buying process, but also his recommendations for repairs, workmen, etc. With all that goes in to buying a home, we didn't have to worry about our agent following through. He called when he said he would and showed up on time or before and prepared. He is now working with my parents and we will continue to send everyone we know to him when buying or selling a home.

He was polite,respectful and very quick to respond to all our inquiries. He FaceTimed numerous condos over many months with us. He put in offers for us and we found a perfect condo.
